Intermediate Pilates and Core Stability Exercise.

Adaptation is a natural response to exercise.

Thats why we made The Fix Program Intermediate and Advanced - so you will continue to be challenged. We use The Fix Program's unique system of Pilates and core stability exercises to progressively develop and strengthen the core abdominal, neck and back muscles discovered in the Beginners exercise program.

Conditioning exercises for the arm and leg muscles are incorporated to develop whole body strength and further challenge the deep supporting core muscles. By the end of the Intermediate program Fix participants have said they feel more flexible, their core strength is dramatically increased and as such feel more confident of their abilities. Any persistent back and neck pain is eliminated.

The Intermediate program is 10 classes over 10 weeks.

Advanced Pilates and Core Stability Exercise.

The Advanced Pilates and Core Stability program is a new challenge for participants now wanting to safely restore whole body strength and flexibility to pre injury levels, whilst deepening their knowledge and awareness, and strengthening their core muscles.

Feel the amazing sense of well-being that regular advanced Pilates and core stability exercise brings. Complimentary to any weekend sports and hobbies you already enjoy, the Fix Advanced program is also great fun.

Participants do challenging exercises to music, and also experience relaxation techniques inspired by yoga, and the core strength work of mat and exercises.

Move through fit ball exercises too, deepening your postural awareness whilst still under the supervision of specialist physiotherapists.

This is a 10 week program, one class per week.
