Since 1999 we have taught thousands of people like you how to strengthen their back and abdominals. We teach a mix of Pilates, Yoga and state of the art core stability exercises under close supervision of a physiotherapist. You're in expert hands at The Fix Program.

Do you wish to improve posture, strength and body awareness?

Our intermediate and advanced Pilates classes will begin to really challenge you. Build on the strength and endurance of your spinal and postural trunk muscles while having fun using our props – resistance bands, weights, swissballs, bolsters and circuit training.

Would you like to take control of your back and neck pain?

Our back pain classes are for you. Small classes that awaken your deep spinal and pelvic muscles to support you better, allow for improved spinal health and alter bad movement habits often contributing to your aches and pains.

In your pregnancy, do you want the best for you and your baby?

Our pre and postnatal classes offer gentle postural strengthening, stretching and pelvic floor muscle training specifically with pregnancy in mind. Babies are welcome at our post-natal classes. Private one to one sessions with our trained physiotherapists are also available for pelvic floor education, rehabilitation and retraining after birth.

The physiotherapy, yoga, Pilates and Swiss ball exercises in The Fix Program will help you build core strength.

Your core is a muscular system composed of layers, between your neck and pelvis. It is the foundation system for all movements of the body.

Improving your core strength will give you a flat tummy, strong back muscles, easy movement, a slim waist, good posture and eliminate most aches and pains.
