Clinical Rehabilitation Classes

We'll teach you Pilates based exercise and Core Strength. Safely.

Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates Based Classes.

The Fix Program® is Pilates based core strengthening exercise that has been developed by physiotherapists, and is taught by physiotherapists.

As physiotherapists, we are able to utilise exercise within an evidenced-based and therapeutic framework, rather than purely for fitness. Exercise and movement are proven treatment choices when it comes to rehabilitating pain, injury, balance, weakness and poor posture.

Therefore, if you are suffering from a specific pain or injury, are having muscle and joint issues with your pregnancy, or have specific sporting goals in mind, our clinical rehabilitation classes would be the right choice of class for you at The Fix Program.

What can I expect when I start?

Your journey begins with a compulsory one hour initial physiotherapy assessment to discover your physical needs, to set goals and to tailor and teach very specific exercises for you and for your class.

Each clinical rehabilitation class has a maximum of three per class, with your physiotherapist assisting you and the group with your targeted and individualised exercises. These may be on equipment, in standing, on the mats and utilising our studio props.

Rehabilitation classes are one hour long, once per week. You can choose to attend 2 classes per week also, with a reduced fee schedule for this.

You will receive continual re-evaluation and progression of your exercises and treatment required as you improve within the class. This will occur weekly at your class.

Rehabilitation continues also at home of work, as we set a home based yet simple exercise program complimenting your individualised class exercises.

Your classes may compliment ongoing manual physiotherapy to get the goals and outcomes you desire.

How much does it cost?

Rehab classes are just $55
Payment is in advance for a term of ten classes.
A full receipt will be issued for your health fund. As these classes follow individualised assessments and an individualised program, you are eligible to claim these consultations with your private health fund.
