Do you wish to improve posture, strength and body awareness? Our Pilates based classes will begin to really challenge you. Build on the strength and endurance of your spinal and postural trunk muscles while having fun using our props – resistance bands, weights, Swiss balls, bolsters and circuit training.
Our pre and postnatal classes offer gentle postural strengthening, stretching and pelvic floor muscle training specifically with pregnancy in mind. Babies are welcome at our post-natal classes. Private one to one sessions with our trained physiotherapists are also available for pelvic floor education, rehabilitation and retraining after birth.
