These classes will run for 10 WEEKS in our YORK STREET CBD clinic.
Classes will commence from Monday 14th October and end Friday 20th December 2019.
Classes for this term at our York Street CBD clinic are recommended and scheduled for:
- Clinical Rehabiltation classes
- Beginners Pilates based classes
- Intermediate to advanced Pilates based classes
- Pregnancy specific Pilates
- Mums&Bubs post natal Pilates. Safe and fun with baby when you really want to be sure your exercise is safe as a new mum.
